The bear is back and bringing traditional and new food to Soulard. As we get closer to reopening the doors at The Grizzly, we want to give you a taste of our new chef driven bar menu.

New Sandwiches


Korean inspired, sweet chili marinated chicken thigh, topped high with house made kimchi coleslaw and pickled red onion. This irresistible sandwich has traveled halfway across the world and ready to end up on your plate.


Spicy marinated chicken thigh on a warm bun with thick cut bread & butter, and dill pickles, and topped with munster cheese and house made buttermilk sauce. It’s a tasty twist on a hot classic.


A beef patty infused with bacon, decked with melted cheese, red onion and bread & butter and dill pickle. Guaranteed to make your mouth water.

The Fries


A bed of delicious golden fries, topped with crispy chicken skins and cheese curds, drizzled with spicy buffalo and buttermilk sauce.
